Indian Navy

The Indian Navy conducts the recruitment exam for the appointment of eligible candidates in the Indian Navy Sailor and Artificer Apprentice Sailors positions respectively. Every year a lot of candidates parti-cipate in the concerned recruitment exam to get appointed in the concerned positions. The main exams that are included under the Artificer Apprentice Recruitment are Written Test, Physical Fitness Test and Medical Standard Examinations respectively.

Role of Navy

The full range of operations in which a nation's naval forces may be involved is vast, ranging from  high intensity war fighting at one end to humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations at the other end. This broad continuum of operations can be broken down into distinct roles, each demanding a specific approach to the conduct of operations.
